Dropshot

Tagetes fillefolia

Annual herb that belongs to the Marigold family with a noticeable licorice or anise flavor. Well-branched and globular shaped with fine thin-tender leaves grows it to a height of 15-25 cm (6-10”). Ideal for ornamental use in pots, mixed flower and herb containers and very suitable for production of microgreens. Flowers are insignificant and Dropshot is best grown as an herb under long days to suppress flower and seed formation.
